Recmar® heat exchanger (radiator) gasket kit for Volvo Penta marine diesel:

This Recmar® freshwater cooler (radiator) gasket kit is designed to include the necessary components for dismantling, descaling, cleaning, and reassembling your cooler. One o-ring with reference 925027, and three sealing strips 860127 are provided to reseal the covers onto the housing. The four o-rings with reference 968927 are used to renew the pipe connections. Two copper gaskets 11994 are placed on the air vent line, and one o-ring 958227 is placed on the anode plug. Lastly, a gasket 964106 is included to seal the main bolt on the cover. These are some popular heat exchanger units that can use this gasket kit: 860275, 860276. Your cooler is equipped with an anode; this is the ideal time to replace it; reference 838929 (1) is required.
