Recmar® Cylinder head bolt (long) for GM V6 & V8.
Compatible with MerCruiser, Volvo Penta, and OMC GM-based small-block engines. These bolts are suitable for use in both pre-Vortec and Vortec engines with the following displacements:
- 262 CID V6 4.3 — [10 pieces required]
- 305 CID V8 5.0 — [14 pieces required]
- 350 CID V8 5.7 — [14 pieces required]
This bolt measures 0.437-14 x 3.750 and is commonly referred to as a 'long' bolt. To replace all the cylinder head bolts, both 'short' and 'medium' bolts are also required. The total number and type of bolts needed will vary depending on whether the engine is a V6 or a V8.
